As part of the state's national agricultural expansion plan, Pumping Station No. 3 in the New Delta Project is considered a strategic station, operating with a capacity of 7.6 million cubic meters per day. The project aims to optimize water consumption and reuse treated agricultural drainage water for the irrigation of 356,000 feddans of reclaimed land.
